Eating Disorders

Eating DisordersEating disorders are a group of potentially life-threatening psychological disorders in which a person is so preoccupied with food and weight that they can often focus on little else; such conditions are characterized by severe disturbances in eating habits that involve insufficient or excessive food intake. The main types of eating disorders are anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge-eating disorder.
