12 Step Programs

Recovery signThe 12-Step Program is a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery from addiction, compulsion, or other behavioral problems, originally used in Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) in the 1930s. The 12-Step approach is now used to deal with a wide variety of issues including not only alcoholism, but also various other addictive or dysfunctional behaviors.
