Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy refers to a range of therapies in which sound is used to treat physical, emotional and mental conditions. This therapy is based on the theory that all of life vibrates, including the human body; when a person’s healthy resonant frequency is out of balance, it manifests as illness or emotional trauma. Included in Sound Therapy are such modalities as: music, binaural beat therapy, tuning forks, chanting, drumming, ultra-sound and more.
