Our son Gabriel has Down syndrome. 6 years ago “pre-YouTube” I published online this simple slideshow below which has been viewed by more than 200,000 people around the world.

He has been an absolute blessing and brings more joy to more people each day than most of us do in our entire lives.

I’ll be writing a lot more about Down syndrome, parenting, education, and adoption in the future. In the meantime if you are a parent who just discovered that your baby has Down syndrome, I want you to know you are not alone.
