It just occurred to me- Isn’t there an obligation to mediate disputes in the NAR Code of Ethics? So hit her with an NAR ethics violation as well.

1. He certainly doesn’t need a zebra to be relevant.
2. He bends over BACKWARDS to help people who call him and I am sure – with a simple phone call from Lone’s Group explaining their concerns he would come up with some solution might actually help their business. That is who Daniel is and how he operates.
3. And this is most important- I think. Suing for $75,000 dollars in “damages” and including Daniel’s broker in the suit (a broker who has nothing whatsoever to do with Daniel’s activities as Real Estate Zebra) does not appear to me to be – in the spirit of a trying to find a solution- it looks effort to raise cash. But hey- I’m no lawyer.
